Evolve Refrigerators Maintain Medication Temperatures at UNC REX

Phononic’s medical-grade refrigerators are being used within the University of North Carolina Health Care system to safely store patient medications. The Evolve-brand refrigerators meet CDC guidelines for controlled storage of vaccines and pharmaceuticals using solid-state technology to control temperatures to a less-than-one-degree variability. The refrigerators are helping UNC Health Care maximize space in pharmacies and patient rooms and address regulatory compliance issues.
